Founder/CEO

Jeff brings over 30 years of experience in the research, design, and technical leadership of advanced signal processing and communication systems. Spanning both commercial and defense sectors, his career includes senior leadership roles and strategic consulting for organizations ranging from Silicon Valley startups to large-scale enterprises in San Diego.

Jeff’s expertise encompasses artificial intelligence, array processing, source localization, and software-defined radio technology. He is a co-inventor of patented passive wireless strain gauge and acoustic localization technologies. Jeff holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University and a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Oregon State University.
